During my years with Cushman & Wakefield in Stockholm, I have had the opportunity to be involved in many of the largest and most high profile property deals in the market. It did not take long until I was awarded a key role in the Capital Markets Group and a leading advisor for both our international and local clients. My background as a real estate analyst at Swedish IPD has helped me a lot in bringing together the importance of detailed number crunching and real estate fundamentals. My responsibilities have expanded across the Capital Markets Group, and I am now Head of Valuation and Research teams. I have the opportunity to work with all property sectors and am also taking a leading role in our key client initiative. It is very important for Cushman & Wakefield to develop our young talents further and I take strong pride in helping our new people to grow and make a great career.
